The Bennit Manufacturing Exchange Community Guidelines

Thank you for being a part of the Bennit Manufacturing Exchange. We have provided the following Guidelines to help our users have a safe experience. Please be aware that your failure to follow these Guidelines could result in termination of your Bennit Manufacturing Exchange account or other legal liability.

Bennit Manufacturing Exchange operates as a marketplace connecting manufacturing companies with skilled consultants, engineers and other industry professionals (“Solution Providers”). The Bennit Manufacturing Exchange does not offer employment opportunities or job placement services to any users.
All users must be 18 years or older of age;
Any employment agreements or job contracts that form from connections made on or through the Services must be performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations;
We urge you to use caution before communicating with or meeting another user on the Services. Please be thoughtful and selective about the information, including contact information, that you share with another user;
You may not use the Services or any information you obtained through the Services to threaten, harass or bully another user. If any user requests you stop contacting them you are required to respect that request;

For Solution Providers:

All information provided in your Solution Provider Profile, including information related to your skills, qualifications, certifications and eligibility must be truthful and accurate;
You may only use the Services in a manner consistent with any existing employment, trade secret or non-compete or other contractual obligations.
Please be respectful of our community and avoid posting content that is defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, disgraceful, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate;
We urge you to use reasonable caution before participating in any opportunities you learn about through the Services. The Bennit Manufacturing Exchange is not endorsing the legality, safety, availability, accuracy or appropriateness of any opportunity you learn about on the Services and you are solely responsible for any losses or damages that occur participating in any opportunity.

For Manufacturers

The Bennit Manufacturing Exchange has not run background checks or otherwise verified the identity of its users. Please do not rely on the truthfulness of any information in a Solution Provider Profile;
Only registered users with a current Subscription may connect with any profiles in the Solution Provider Database;
You may not share your log in credentials or grant access to the Solution Provider Database to any individual that is not authorized under your Subscription.
You may not use the Services to or otherwise urge or encourage any Solution Provider to provide you with protected trade secret information or otherwise breach a non-compete or other employment or contractual obligation.
